This game is focused on Meta Quest 2/3/3S/Pro development. However, a PCVR build is provided with a bigger map that includes all features (except passthrough) from the Quest builds.
Welcome to My Waifu VR!
This is a waifu life simulator where you can headpat, hug, kiss, sleep, have sex with an anime girl, and more!
You can choose to hangout in a cosy room or in passthrough mode.
More waifus and interactions might be added in future versions, depending on the feedback from the community.
Controls (Quest)
- Open the menu by pinching your index and thumb or using the controller's menu button
- Interact with the menu using your finger or touching with your controller
- Grab the girl by pinching on her body
- Teleport using the joystick up or by making an L (palm up) with your index and thumb, then pinch to teleport
- Move your view point up and down with the controllers secondary buttons
Controls (PC)
- Open the menu with your left controller's primary button
- Interact with the menu using raycast or touching with your controller
- Grab the girl by grabbing on her body
- Move with your left controller, rotate with the right one
- Move your view point up and down with the controllers secondary buttons
- Teleport to spawn with your right controller's primary button
(PC version supports SteamVR rebinding)

I cant seem to get the penetrator to work at all ive enabled the holes but the object still wont interact and just floats away when let go
If you're on PC, this option is currently unavailable due to the pipeline I'm using for this platform.
However it should work fine on Quest.
Still no hands after update
What headset are you using? So far everyone else reported it was fixed, maybe you have a very specific one I didn't create a preset for?

Your game is insane! I must say, out of all the ones I’ve wanted to try over time, this one is by far the best.
The community reported some bugs with the passthrough. It happens that, depending on the interaction, the waifus sink into the ground. It doesn’t affect the experience too much—it’s manageable—but it would be amazing if you could fix it.
I’d like to share some development ideas. I’m not sure how complex they would be to implement, but I believe they could significantly extend the game’s lifespan and replayability. As a bonus, these ideas could also boost the game’s popularity and sales. I’m confident about that.
Don’t feel bound by these suggestions, but I believe they could add a lot of value to the game. It’s already amazing, and I’d love to see any of these ideas come to life.

I will look into the passthrough bug, I have some clues as to why it happens and how to fix it.
Nice suggestions as well, I would like to implement some of them in the near future. My plan is definitely to have a longer game lifespan, hence why I'm also looking into adding a card game.
I experienced the down drift in the passthrough too, but if I went back to the room, then back to passthrough it fixed it for me
I wish I had bought this sooner. This is definitely in my top 5 Erotic VR games.
The lap dance and other dances are easily as hot as the positions that are available. Great addition.
I would love to see more dances and girls. The furries aren't really my thing, but to each their own. Definitely not taking anything away from the girls with the cat ears though, very cute.

I'm using a Valve Index and when I open the game, I have no hands and the menu doesn't open. Might be some bugs in there that prevent the index bindings from working :(

That would really help if you were able to try, as depending on the result I might need to pull the windows version temporarily to recode it with Unity's XR SDK. I don't want people to pay for something they either can't play or force them to have meta software installed.
just tried it with meta quest link installed myself, still no hands/menu :/ also shifting the non snap stick makes me go sideways, id imagine that'd get fixed to with a full recode though
I do have the app installed yeah, I used to have a Rift S myself. I tried switching between OpenXR and SteamVR runtimes and OpenXR prevented the game from even working (similar issue to someone else's comment I believe). I even tried disabling any plugins or add-ons in SteamVR too, nothing worked there. So you'll likely have to recode the game using Unity's SDK.
When I open up the game, it doesn't interact with steam vr at all and just displays a desktop window with a white circle. :(
Please ensure SteamVR is set as the default OpenXR runtime. If you're using addons, try temporarily disabling them.
SteamVR is the default runtime. As far as I know, I don't think I have any addons.

is is the best app for standalone use on the Meta Quest 3 in this genre. Believe me, I've bought around 10 apps here just to understand the kind of experience VR games in this genre can offer. This is truly the best app at the moment. I was especially impressed by the mixed reality. And I was surprised to hear music from a Russian radio station during one of the dances (yes, I’m from Russia). The only problem is that when switching between mixed reality and regular virtual reality, the girls shift around in space, and some even sink under the floor. But this bug is easy to fix.
I see the developer is looking for ideas for improvement. In that case, for the future, I would recommend creating paired poses for the girls, where their movements and positions would automatically synchronize. And later, using the same mechanics, you could add paired dances.
I'm new to this, so how can i close it, or the only way is to force close from the pc sidequest app?
Yeah I didn't implement a close button, you would just use the normal quit button on the standalone app/steamVR.
FYI, this isn't really a force close button, this will shut the app normally.
when i click v0.3.3 PC it gives me v0.3.2b instead
The version was renamed on the game page as I wrongly named the file itself v0.3.2b. But do not worry, this is indeed version 0.3.3.

i see, this version doesn't like my valve index controllers for some reason then. would you have any suggestions on how i would fix this?
How so? FYI, I did not yet implement hand gestures in the PC version (the fingers won't respond to buttons, you can only have a fully open hand atm)
at the moment, there is no visible hands where my controllers are, im in the floor and the only commands that do work is twitch turning and point to move

No, as mentioned in the description this is a VR game only
would a non vr version be available in the future
There is no plan for a non VR version, as the whole gameplay of the game is built on VR interactions.
Hey, great app. I like the models and passthrough mode. Somehow they don't want to follow me(would be great to have a command to call them to get closer) and model selector often glitches when I select Lovander and back.
Would be great to have different voices for them and possibly more poses or if they could walk on themselves like going around a room, sit somewhere and do something while doing nothing. And if app could read room geometry so I could place model on a couch or table(command to sit there?).
When I call new model, sometimes it appears below floor level so there are no way catch her and get up. Also, when I add more than one character and ask them to dance, music overlaps and there are no way to turn it off. If I select two models to dance for same song, it plays it twice not synced which sound awful, hope you can fix this. Do you have a Patreon for this app? Also, is there a chance you can add characters from anime and how much would it cost/take time?

Thank you. A lot of these suggestions are wip indeed. I plan to fix a few bugs very soon (not following in passthrough, actions toggles not working...), and a bit later add some features: wandering, gesture to come/say hi, a uno game.
In the slightly more future plans, I do plan some form of reading room geometry and more advanced interactions if possible.
For your second part I will check the bugs, did you try on v0.3.1?
I will see about syncing dances, good idea.
I do not have a patreon, I didn't consider making one for such a small game. I am not a model creator, so adding new ones depends on if a model exist for a character.
Yes, thank you. I've updated and they follow now, and I have not seen them spawning in odd places.
Btw, do you plan model morphing options like boob/bottocks sliders/physics, hair/skin/eye color? If this is a possibility, would be great to be able to spawn more than one instance of a model.
I will likely add slider options for models supporting them, but unsure about color options yet.
For now I would like to add a few more features, like a card game and such before tweaking the characters more.
not bad for 8 dollar the only thing i am missing is something like a a.i or gameplay to really immerse and bound with your waifu but its pretty good for the money
Thanks, consider it early access for feedback. I do plan to keep updating the game with requested features and eventually some form of AI
